How could I be sooo... Careless?

Yesterday was the most unexpected day. Things were not perfect at all. As you all know, in this period of recession, we all are fighting hard to save our jobs and getting new opportunity these days is almost next to impossible. Anyways, so back to the day (Yesterday), I was looking for my documents, my hard earned degrees and guess what? I could not find them. Imagine, how could I be soooooo careless. I know I am not that careless, how did it happen. The question was popping to mind again and again where have I kept them? So, I spent almost 4 hours searching for them. To make it worse, my folks started scolding me. But in the whole scenario, I realized one thing that I didn't cry. Otherwise, for a girl like me it's very easy to shed tears. But somewhere down the line in my heart know I haven't lost those papers. God knows, when will I find them :) Still thinking how could I do that?

Memories

Today, while on my way to work, I was quite and thinking about all the friends and relationships I have had been into. Some were there for a season yet leaving prominent marks of their presence while others were for a reason with some faded memories. In fact, we all have our share of experience with people (good or bad), but every person or situation leave us with some memories or lessons we carry forward. Here are some lines which I found on my friend's Blog. I hope you all will relate to this.

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that
wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will.
You will have your heart broken probably more than
once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts
too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken.
You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a
new love for things an old one did. You'll cry because
time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose
someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh
too much, and love like you've never been hurt.
Every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of
happiness you'll never get back. Don't be afraid that
your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin.

Monday Blues :(

Hi All! So, Here I am after celebrating my weekend. Feeling fresh and rejuvenated, all set to achieve the targets and other work expectations. Though I rarely like Monday Mornings (Of course, you all know the reason), the enthusiasm to work on my blog is one of the reasons for my excitement. You must be wondering, if the blog were not there, how I would be starting my day or how would I be tackling Monday Blues. For me, it's like I start planning for the whole week like I set targets for the whole week. On Monday I have to complete this, on Tuesday this and so on... And From Thursday, I start feeling as if the weekend has started :), but this doesn’t mean that I don't concentrate in my work. Of course, Work comes first, after all that is my bread and butter and I can't take it for granted. So, enough of my thoughts. I have collected some great tips to combat Monday Blues.

  • Workout: The best thing to start Monday Mornings is go for a walk or that gets your feel-good hormones working. Fresh air, sunshine and greenery work tremendously to lift your spirits.

  • Listen to Music: After jogging or exercising, you can get ready for your Office while listening to your favorite numbers.

  • Make a Strategy: As I have already mentioned above, make a plan for the whole week. Make a to-do list. And after completing each task you can tick it off. Though it might seem quite childish to most of you but believe me it really works.

  • Treat Yourself: Sometimes, we get carried away with our work so much that we don't even realize that we are not having proper lunch or dinner. Take some time out for yourself and treat yourself with your favorite dish or dessert.

To wind up, I would suggest one thing, just stay happy. No matter what, just think like this: you are here to enjoy life not to just live it. So, try to make this journey more exciting while accomplishing your responsibilities.

Happy Monday :)

Waiting for My Valentine.

So.. Finally the Weekend has come after a long, tiring week. Though I don't have any plans, feeling soooo excited to spend time at home. Folks are planning for the "Valentine's Day", talking to their respective partners, buying gifts, and the list goes on. So, wish you luck those who are involved and those who are single, I would advice them to celebrate the day with their other single friends. As far as I am concerned, I will wait for my dream man to come with loads of dreams in my Eyes....

Thank You All My Wonderful Friends

Do you believe in God? Yes I do... Though I fight with him sometimes, But I know he is there and and can listen our hearts. One day I asked him to send me a friend with pure love and thoghts with whom I can share my thoughts with, who is there to care for me ... and I am lucky that God heard it and blessed me with not only one but many wonderful friends whom I can trust upon...

So here is a poem, I dedicate to all my sweet friends... who have always been there with me through my thick and thin...and to those whom I will meet in this journey...

I prayed for you before we met,
Not knowing who you'd be.
I asked the Lord to send a friend,
One chosen just for me.

I asked that they'd be Godly,
With wisdom of His ways.
A friend to help and guide me through
The troubles of these days.

So often in life, we need someone
To listen while we talk.
Someone who will not condemn or judge,
But encourage us as we walk.

The narrow road we choose to follow
May sometimes make us stumble.
But to have a friend to catch our fall,
Teaches us to be humble.

When I asked the Lord to send a friend,
Though many came and went.
He gave much more than I ever asked,
For you are the friend He sent.

Starting a Journey to Rediscover Life ....

Inspired by my other Blogger friends, I am here to share my thoughts, perceptions and life with the world. Though I had been thinking of starting a blog for past few weeks but packed schedules, hesitation to write and other things kept me away from doing so... But better be late than never. So, I am all here to share my ideas with all of you and make new friends. So, the journey begins now... and I hope many other people will join me in this.. Wish Me Luck....
